Last December 16-17, 2006, the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati was converted to a fiesta as Mommy Academy celebrated their annual event with a Filipino-themed celebration. The Paskong Pinoy was a truly festive event, especially for the young people who enjoyed activities like story-telling, games and magic tricks.

There were also lectures and mini-symposiums for the parents to participate in. Families gathered as information and tokens were given by different groups who were one in celebrating the Christmas spirit, and Advocates for Youth was honored to be one with this. Around a thousand young people gathered in the A4Y booth to be registered to be members of Club K.

Eye-catching IEC materials and button pins that were given to registrants that piqued the youth's interest, for they are hip and very informative. Advocates for Youth and Club K were able to give information to the people regarding prevention of teen pregnancy, and prevention of STD, HIV and AIDS.
