Aim, Bust, and See the world at the Embassy!

To those born yesterday, I am certainly not pertaining to the place where people can go to address their concerns related to a specific country! The Embassy that I am talking about is the one at the hip, happening The Fort! This place is an original concept, whereas its two other facets are a coffee shop and a fine dining spot by the ingenious but often “mockable” Tim Yap and entrepreneur extraordinaire, Eric Cua!

Incidentally, Embassy happens to be the one of the most favorite hangouts of the country’s brightest young stars! Topping the list is the ever-belligerent Borgy Manotoc and his flamboyant girl, Ornusa Cadness, who wreaked well-publicized fights not once but twice! Then there’s also screen king, Richard Gutierrez, and his girl, Georgina Wilson, with Raymond Gutierrez!

Indeed, Embassy is the place to be-especially for those who pretend to be rich and famous! But it’s not a bad thing at all; we all have our inhibitions and qualms; Embassy makes it easy to spot a person’s iniquities and hang-ups, and allows them to bash these quirks away!

My Space

Cyberspace brokerage-that is perhaps the main business of this site, MY SPACE, which has been there for around 5 years now, alongside with the rise of Friendster, which dominates the Philippines market; yet My Space is the one that lashes out the goods when it comes to other foreign countries. People from the United States an Europe are keener on utilizing My Space in maintaining reach of their network of friends, sending and receiving updates, as well as finding new friends or expanding their network. Its features are similar to Friendster, however, it has a more elitist feel to it.

Some people would prefer My Space over Friendster due to its easier accessibility, said to be more tech-stupid friendly. However, there have been so reported incidents of crimes and missing young people who have been hooked on My Space; thus investigators see the site as the possible reason of these young people’s involvement on heinous cases of date and gang rape, theft, fraud, etc.

This is simply a call for everyone to make use of your piece of Cyberspace wisely; to use it in ways beneficial and not a threat to your well-being and safety!
